Revolution 2020: Chetan BHagat's latest sizzler: My Review

And here comes the four continuous best seller writer's fifth book: Revolution 2020. Story is ornated with three main characters namely Aarti, Raghav and Gopal, who all live in the city of Death:Varansi or better known as Benaras. As always Chetan's protagonist in the novel is a guy who wants to achieve all the things in life including a girl named Aarti whom he knows from his childhood days. He has a friend too called Raghav who is extra-ordinarily gud in studies and has a paradox thinking about the society and wants to bring a revolution called R2020 to improve the society and remove corruption. The story revolves around the two guys, one of them clearing the most envied exam ie. JEE. The other one fails twice to clear it. Then he comes in touch with few powerfull politicians and decides to open one of his own Engineering colleges in Banaras. The story focuses on the level of corruption in which our system has already sunken to. How you have to grease everone's palm at every level of government offices to open a college is the main focus. The other guy however after completing his B.Tech from IT-BHU prefers to work as a journalist and tries to fight against the corrupts. How he rises, falls and then again rises with and without the help of others is shown beautifully by Chetan. Meanwhile there is this girl, Aarti who also is an important part of the story. How she loved one guy and then was attached to the other one and then again she goes to the earlier one. But the climax is really beautifull which is a bit unexpected and can spell bound you atleast in the last to know the end of the story. And that is why I would not be revealing it here or else you all will never read the novel. This time Chetan has not explored much about sex in his novel as he was earlier doing in all his earlier ventures. There is a scene or two but not for more than a half page or so. Probably he is done with it in his earlier novels and he is not left with anything new about sex.......Just kidding..! ! ! This time he has tried to connect emotionally with his readers. Overall It's a good time spend if you got six hours to kill in a row. How one becomes loser and then how he can bring an upside down to his loser side is what Chetan has shown in his Revolution 2020. Everyone has to do their bit and everyone has to sacrifice something to bring a change in society for Good is what he has tried to communicate to his readers. Let's Pray for his Revolution 2020. Amen
